Each of our spas is crafted to the highest standards of workmanship. We use only the finest materials and components available. For our customers, nothing else will do.

When we design a spa, whether it's an intimate spa for 2 or a swim spa, we concentrate on one thing: Giving yon the very finest spa experience possible, in as many different ways as possible.

Every seating arrangement is carefully thought out so each individual have their own uncrowded space from head to toe. Jet types and placement are carefully considered to give each seat its own unique "feel" and range of massage sensations. We expect people to move around in our spas, sampling each seat and savouring the different flavours of massage from neck and shoulders, to back and thighs, calves, ankles and feet. From deep penetrating back massage and the foot-pleasing turbulence of a volcanic geyser jet to the airy flutter of a neck-and-shoulders waterfall, Sunbelt Spas are dedicated to your total body pleasure.

The water in your Sunbelt Spa stays warmer longer with lower energy costs thanks to the ingenious Heat VaultT insulation system built into the enclosure. Rather than simply filling the interior with foam as many spas do, the Heat VaultT insulation system uses foam insulation on the bottom of the shell, the floor of the enclosure, and all four interior walls, creating a "dead air" space completely surrounded by insulation. This is the same principle as double-glazed glass in your patio door, and it works for the very same reason: dead air, surrounded by an insulator, traps heat more efficiently than solid insulation itself. The spa pumps are housed inside this insulated dead air space, which serves two purposes: it protects the pumps from freezing-up when the outside temperature falls below freezing (the pipes and plumbing are also insulated!), and incidental heat generated by the pump equipment adds to the insulating warmth of the interior air space rather than being lost to the outside. Since the layers of insulation on the interior walls and floor of the enclosure are much thicker than the insulation on the bottom of the shell, the trapped heat of the interior air space rises up through the bottom of the spa shell and contributes to the heat of the water, effectively replacing the heat rising off the surface.		Even under worst-case conditions-including loss of power in sub-zero temperature-the slow-release heat trap created by the HeatVault insulation system will keep your spas water above freezing for many days. Benefits of Heat VaultT insulation system: •  Water stays warmer, longer, with lower energy costs •  Incidental heat generated by the spa pumps is effectively recycled back into the spa (this not only lowers your spa's heating costs, but also protects the pumps from overheating by providing a useful method of dissipating the heat the generate) •  Interior pipes and plumbing are fully insulated against freezing •  Access to internal plumbing and the spa's heater/pump systems is easy; the side insulation actually attached to each removable side panel; when the panels are removed for service, the insulation is removed with the panel, allowing for unobstructed access.

Non-Slip, Contoured Pillows

When enjoying your Sunbelt Spa, the hydrotherapeutic massage of the jets soothes muscles and relieves tension, but without attention to the neck and head, true relaxation is hard to find.

To solve this tension dilemma, Sunbelt Spas offers soft, curved injection-molded pillows. Sculpted to fit the bake of your neck and head, the pillows provide additional comfort and support while you are relaxing in your spa.

Sunbelt Spas’engineers have designed the pillow recesses so that they are pleasing with the pillows, and also without. Should you lose or need to replace a pillow, the recess is comfortable functional on its own.

Completely waterproof and easily removable, these pillows are included standard in each of our regular system options on all of our spa models.

Textured Steps and Flooring

Making your spa safe is of the utmost importance to Sunbelt Spas . When entering or exiting your spa, you want to feel secure that you wont slip or fall. For added safety, the steps leading into the water are made of a slightly textured acrylic for increased traction.

The same textured acrylic is found on the bottom surface and footwell of each Sunbelt Spa to ensure safe movement within the spa during use.

Balboa On Board

All Sunbelt Spas use Balboa Instruments Control Systems. These solid-state programmable systems perform spa diagnostics and deliver full system control right to your finger-tips. The all-digital control panels are mounted topside to put them within easy reach whether you're inside or outside the spa.

There are three Balboa Control Systems in the Sunbelt line:
The Balboa 2000LE M-7, the Balboa SUV M-7, and the Balboa Lite Leader. All provide similar features, but to a greater or lesser degree depending on the components and complexity of the spa itself.

Spa Maintenance Made Easy (Ozone Generator)

Keeping your Sunbelt Spa clean and the water pure and sparkling is easy and inexpensive with the UltraPureT Automatic Water Cleaner. This is an Ozone Generator that delivers the most powerful oxidizer available to pool & spa water. When Ozone is introduced, it automatically removes or alters bather waste as water circulates. This continuous, preventative non-Chlorine shock treatment lowers Chlorine demand and virtually eliminates expensive specialty chemicals, scum lines, and periodic shock treatments. This oxidation treatment results in longer filter runs while producing polished, crystal-clear water.

Front-Access Skim Filter (Standard on all Sunbelt Spas) - During normal spa use, or whenever your spa is ncovered, little bits of junk get into the water. Your spa's skim filter automatically removes them and keeps your water clean and clear. The only maintenance required is periodic inspection and replacement of the filter cartridge. The filter's front-access design makes this a quick and easy operation; all you need is a calendar.

SPA FROG® Automatic Spa Care System

The built in SPA FROG® system takes the thinking out of spa care with easy to set and raplacing cartridges. This continually doses the spa water so you don't need to worry about constant spa care. SPA FROG® transforms your spa into a perfect enviroment for relaxation with water that feels softer and is crystal clean every day with little effort.

How Does it Work?

Every Elite Spa priced over 4k (2010 models) will have the SPA FROG® system built right into the spa. Each spa is fitted with a FROG cap that twists off and houses the SPA FROG® system cartridges. It contains a mineral cartridge that controls bacteria in the water and a bromine cartridge that helps support the minerals while oxidsing contaminats like body oils. The FROG sytem will continually dose the water through the cartridges so you can just relax in the spa every day without any worry!

LED Colour Lighting

While you're setting' a mood, don't forget lighting. All models come standard with a large mood light but you can add more. Sunbelt has several custom lighting packages, including 20-spot surround light and 32-spot water infusion lighting system. They add nightime beauty and safety to your spa.

Powerful Pumps

Sunbelt Spas uses pumps made from the industries largest and most reliable spa pump manufacturer, Aqua-Flo. Sunbelt Spas use pumps ranging from 3HP in the smaller spas to 5HP dual speed pumps in the larger spas.  Sunbelt Spa uses a standard equipment 1.3HP Air blower system. This injects pressurized air to the air jets in the spa giving a muscle relaxing experience.

Sunbelt Spas in our relentless search for new ways to produce a more efficient high-powered quality spa have enhanced the filtration system on our spas.  A front access skim filter increases the flow of water through the filter, creating pristine crystal clear water.  This also allowed us to stop using pesky circulation pumps.  Circulation pumps are small, low flow pumps that circulate water through the filter and heater.  A low flow rate through the heater can cause problems, not only with your heater, but the circulation pump and controls too.  Without a circulation pump we use the low speed of pumps one.  This raises the gallons per minute rate tremendously.  In turn making our spa more efficient easier to service and maintain.
